Set directly on the beach at Corbu, one of the wildest and cleanest stretches of the Romanian coastline, we serve fish caught in the early hours by local fishermen every single day.
Rețetele noastre se transmit din generație în generație, îmbinând tradiția culinară dobrogeană cu ingrediente de cea mai bună calitate: scrumbie marinată, chefal la grătar, crap la proțap și fructe de mare aduse direct din Deltă. Fiecare farfurie spune o poveste a apelor. Our recipes have been passed down through generations, blending Dobrogean culinary tradition with the finest ingredients: marinated shad, grilled mullet, carp on a spit, and seafood brought straight from the Delta.
